Head to head should always mean more than "better resume"

I have seen some fans claiming that, they have a better resume, and should go in ahead of another two loss team to who they lost head to head.

When teams have the same record, head to head should always be the first tiebreaker.

Then why is bama ranked ahead of Tenner? Texas higher than UGA ?

Tennessee higher than Arkansas?

*when they had equal records

How when everyone has lost to everyone else?

You'll only believe that until Tennessee has "the better resume" over a head to head matchup and then you'll flip-flop like a fat kid on an icy driveway.

How about when Tn beats Alabama, UGA beats Tn, Alabama beats UGA. Then you go with strength of schedule , in which case UGA and Alabama is better

I mean it is always the first tiebreaker.

The issue is when you have a bunch of teams tied with each other who all beat each other.

That's why I said, head-to-head should be the first time breaker. Should you still have a tie, then you go to the resume.

Resume should not be the first tiebreaker.

You aren’t smart enough to see the flaws of your pathetically bad argument.

12 games > 1 game.

100% > 8.33%

I’m pretty sure the only people that don’t think this are UGA fans. What we’ve historically seen with the committee is that they value the eye test over everything else. Ole Miss and Bama have the H2H and look like better teams right now.

No, as it stands if UT and UGA finish with the same record. UGA won the head to head and they go first.

...are there any other teams that have the same record with UT and UGA?

You are far too stupid to ever comment on someone else's intelligence. You are one of the main idiots in this forum that think you should go in ahead of everyone, because of resume.

Ole Miss should jump you. They won convincingly. That old argument of, "but we beat somebody else", is pretty hollow.

Yep... and if there is still a tie after head to head, you go to the resume

100% > 8.33% Proves you wrong.

That’s a bigger blowout than what uga did to Tennessee.

If Georgia and Ole Miss and no one else were tied with the same record.. of course Ole Miss should be above Georgia.. but that isn’t the case.

Ole Miss lost to Kentucky.
Kentucky is 0-6 in other SEC games.

That’s a bad loss.

Alabama
Georgia
Ole Miss
Tennessee

These 4 teams will still be tied after H2H because they haven’t played everyone else. So then you go to resume.

Which makes Georgia's loss look even worse.

All teams play 12 games. SOS varies. 100 > 8.33 is true.
