In the preseason, we thought it’d be Florida

That's why you're losing. It's not the fault of Coach Vegetables so keep him for several more years!

Oklahoma has the hardest, and Texas the easiest among SEC teams. Of course if you win you games rather than lose them, it makes your schedule way easier.

We are absolutely horrible but our schedule is pretty dang tough. In last Playoff poll of the Top 25 we will or have played 8 of those teams. What’s funny is that we actually have a win against a Top 25 team whereas Texas has none!

With just average offense we win at least 2 of the 5 losses. With good offense maybe 3 or even 4. What we don’t know is how much better the defense could be if they had some help on offense.
I read somewhere the SEC might need go rethink going to 9 and possibly just go to 6 based on how they are being penalized by losses but not getting SOS bump. It said the other conferences are playing weak schedules and this will get more of them in playoffs.
My take is SEC just pull out of the NCAA for football and do their own format and then have a 4 team SEC playoff to decide champion. Then if the other conferences want to send their winner to face SEC fine if not just declare SEC winner champs.

I bet BK still wishes he had that sub 50 SOS to cakewalk into the playoffs instead of jumping to LSU. It's much easier when you only have to actually try against two teams a year vs the 4 or 5 every year in the SEC.
