I have a bad feeling that even if Billy tries to play him, he reaggravates his hamstring in the first couple of series and it all just falls apart again.

Which is sad, because right now LSU is at a low after being knocked out of playoff contention. Sliver of chance to win the SEC, but that wasn't their goal going into this season. Our guys should be motivated to regain some respect after the blowout to Texas and last year's loss to LSU.

Play him, rest him…

Whatever the wrong decision is, Billy will make it

They are claiming they make the SECCG with a chance at getting a top 4 seed and a bye if they win out and GA beats TN and Arkansas beats Mizzu. I think Boise State may get the top 4 seed instead of them though even if all that happened.

Well I saw that he is questionable.

Guessing that means he is out and LSU will easily handle our offense.

They might play their assess off in the first half. But LSU has some great WRs. They’ll hit on a few deep passes and LSU will win by double digits.

Like I said before, the defense improvement is fool's gold. If the opposing QB has time and is worth a crap, he will find receivers running open all over the field. I expect LSU to score at least 35 points, the only hope the Gators have is if Lagway is able to play and is effective.

I think Lagway status is just a ploy to make LSU game plan for him. Which is laughable to be honest.

Lacy, Daniels, Mason Taylor...so many good receivers on the Tigers team. The defense will most definitely give up a big play or two. Book it. They'll keep it close, but LSU will be going vertical and they'll hit eventually. And we can't respond.

Without QB1 or QB2 and Wilson, the offense is probably only good for scoring in the low-teens. That's it. Its not as bad as a Muschamp offense (mostly went backwards until we punted), but it is deplorably bad now as well. God forbid we get shut out for the first time in 40+ years at home.

And Napier won't change. Scared money alright...if he wanted to make money he would roll the dice with Millen.

The only thing we know for certain is that if Napier has to make a decision it will the wrong one. If Lagway doesn't play, which I don't expect him to, we are probably looking at a score of about 42-10 in favor of LSU.

I do feel like our defense might show up for a while in this game similar to the Georgia game. and i could see Lsu somewhere in the 20's

Nussmeier is a better passer than Beck and the LSU O line is better than Ug. This means more time for him to find an open receiver and to expose our DBs. If Lagway doesn't play, they will get a lot of possessions following the Gators going 3 and out.

I'm agreeing with Matt. They'll hit us with some quick strikes. Throw in a couple of turnovers, or a pick-6 and it will get ugly. I'm expecting LSU to score in the high 30s or better against us.

My guess: Tigers 49 - Gators 10*

*Our TD will be in the 4th quarter during garbage time.

Lagway might keep it interesting for a while if he is 100%, I pray that he doesn't get hurt. I hope Napier isn't rushing him back to attempt to save his job. If that kid gets hurt Napier should be fired after the game.

Absolutely. Wouldn't be surprised if we start the season ranked next year, just because of DJ Lagway (barring some catastrophe from here on out).

Indeed. This team healed up well and was firing on all cylinders on both sides of the ball. And LSU was in a funk the entire game.

Happy to say I was wrong on this game.
