Caught a few lucky breaks to avoid an upset at Vandy in his FOURTH season as Texas' coach.

Couldn't say but Vanderbilt continues to be a better team than people are willing to admit and I've been saying it since the week leading up to us playing them.

If KDB wins out with 4, he should get coach of the year

Texas is the most talented team in the SEC. Problem for them is that Ewers has never been consistent.

Its OVERREACTION YEAR until DeBoer gets his system going. He's always been able to go to a school and SELL IT QUICK, but when you follow the GOAT (or maybe 2nd GOAT to Da Bear) players hear you, but think, the GOAT told me to do it this way, so its going to fall on deaf ears in his first year plus Milroe is a Heisman candidate, he had no choice but to start him or divide the tram, and I have never thought him to be anything but an average QB, I hope he gets drafted and gets better and males BANK, and we will be better with a young hungry QB who will listen to the coach and who hopefully has a huge learning curve ability.

The defense TBH, except for Vandy (and late vs. UGA playing prevent) has looked great, especially considering how our offense never moves the damned ball. Vs. Vany, tbh, they are on OK team, but they would never make that many plays on 3rd down again in a million years. Plus 2 Turnoves gave them 14.

All us throwing the DC under the bus were wrong, he's the one keeping us in games.

This may be a good analysis of the defense. I thought the defense started out good in the first few games and thought they would continue to improve as the year went on. Then the Georgia, Vandy, and South Carolina games got me to wondering. I thought they were ok against Tennessee. At this point I am not sure about this defense. I think they will struggle against a good offense. I will be surprised if they do not play well against LSU when a win will probably get us in the play offs. We will see after that.
