in b4 “you haven’t played anyone.. “

which I agree with when comparing Texas and Georgia..

Should be a good game.

Using those stats we will be the best Defense and Offense you have played.

Miss State is the best passing team you’ve played.

Austin sucks IMO. All that said I don’t expect to win.

I don’t need your silly stats, sir. Your boys are going to beat our boys. Seen enough of each team to know that much. We may compete. I’m not sure. Congrats in advance.

If Quinn plays like he did yesterday, it’ll be a nail biter. If he has a bounce back game, it could be a really fun evening.

Using those stats yes. Overall Georgia is not the best defense we’ve played.

they also had their way with Georgia in the air.

I don't put much stock into Texas' defense rank. I think this is the best defense we've had in years, but Georgia is the first good offense we've faced this year.

Texas 31
Georgia 27

Seems reasonable. Just hope Quinn gets it together this week or we’re going to have big problems.

Texas by a couple of TDs at least.
Texas is better in the trenches on both sides of the ball and our team does not have the same level of experienced talent present on our NC teams.
Translation: we are in a rebuilding year.
Our only chance in this game is through finesse on offense and defense.
Beck will have to have the best game of his career with no turnovers.

Both OU and Michigan are better defensively. They suffer from a lack of offense which allows for their defense to be on the field for 80% of the game.

.

So it’s subjective to your opinion, got it. Also what makes you think we don’t suffer from lack of offense?

My entire life has been spent in and around Austin.

F-1 race, NASCAR, 100k Football stadium hosting the SEC game of the week, Giant car factory, Skyscrapers, Toll Roads… Californians….

Insane.

Hard to believe what my beloved little city has morphed into. Old Austin is gone, and I hate that, but I love this place anyway.

I think Michigan has the most talented defense we’ll see all year. We gassed them pretty quickly though because their offense was so bad. Oklahoma has insane D-Line depth, rangy linebackers, and elite safeties. Venables also did a good job of confusing Quinn early with exotic coverages. I think Georgia probably ranks somewhere in between. Y’all’s secondary looks very vulnerable. More so than OU and Michigan.

I don’t see your issue as being an “on the field” problem. But something is smoldering within the teams itself. Seems to be a rash of off the field issues this year that end up taking focus away from being a cohesive unit.

Yeah he’s gotta shake the rust off. I love Quinn, but at this point I think its integrity that keeps him starting ahead of Arch.

Teams box us in with Quinn. Arch forces them to spread the hell out and back up.

We’ll see if we can go the long road while also taking the high road, but Arch is the goods.
