Does Freeze Survive a 3-Win Season?

Looking at Auburn's schedule, they have these opponents coming up:
Georgia - L
Missouri - L
Kentucky - L
Vanderbilt - 50/50
Louisiana-Monroe - Should be a W but ??
Texas A&M - Probable L
Alabama - L
I'm only seeing 1 win on there - maybe 2.
The last two Auburn coaches to go 3-9 got fired.
Is Auburn so enamored by these recruiting rankings that they'll let a 3-win season slide?
Is Deuce Knight ready to step in day 1 and save the dumpster fire that is Auburn football?
I seriously doubt it.

alabama fans are praying we base Freeze’s head coaching abilities based off of Harsin’s rosters because of the elite recruiting classes Freeze is bringing in.

At this point, they MIGHT get past UL Monroe. UGA will beat them into loving death. They'll look like a Covid year team at the end of the year..

I looked at 2025, should be an easy 4-0 out of the gate, so making a bowl looks likely, but if it’s a 7 win season next year, that would have Freeze at Auburn with something in the neighborhood of a 18-19 record over 3 years. Assuming you get to 5-7 this year.
While at some point you have to get off the coach carousel, is a coach who averages 6 wins a year worth keeping?

Kelly had 28 scholarship players when he took over and won the west in year 1
Same with Venables when Riley left and he won 10 games last year.
You have to give you at least three years….

These are just cold hard facts.
All my fellow Auburn fans are just excited about the recruiting so that a REAL football coach can hopefully come in after him and get us in the playoffs.

I’d fire him if he goes 3-9 this year. The talent is better than a 3-4 win season result.
Thorne’s I’d do the same thing 10/10 on the pick 6 is telling. I saw film breakdown on it. The read is predictable based on the linebacker crowding the line like a blitz is coming. There are a lot of teams in the SEC with athletic enough linebackers to take advantage of that predictability. That’s coaching and Freeze’s teams large numbers of turnovers show it’s a recurring problem.

With that recent QB recruit commit, its pretty obvious the boosters are gonna try to keep Freeze and just spend their money on talent. It will not end well.

We don’t need to hope for anything. We are all just sitting back and watching your coach trash talk his players into oblivion because of his own shortcomings. Any recruit with talent and half a brain is going to run from the plains with Hugh at the helms.
