Dawgs are a better team if they play up to their standard, but Auburn is very close to KY if they don't have turnovers. Dawgs better come out on fire, and not play down to Auburn, otherwise they can be in trouble. I'm a little worried about this game. Don't gamble, but no way I would lay 24 points in this game or any SEC game until Dawgs show me a lot more this season. Maybe I got too much Dooley and Munson in me. JMHO

Auburn seems to be poorly coached and unmotivated but they have some talent (just not at QB).

Freeze seems to make these games harder than they should be for opponents. UGA wins convincingly, but likely closer than the 24 point spread.

What kind of team do we have? Still do not think we know. That Jekyll and Hyde show last weekend has left me baffled. Are we the first half team or the second?

I do know this. Auburn is not a very good football team and this game should never be in question.

I think this game will tell us a lot about this team.

AU is a bad football team wiht a QB that can't throw. This is our first "real" home game of the year and the crowd will surely be ready and this is, incredibly, AU's first away game of the year. Their first FIVE games have all been at home.

There is no way we are losing and will liely win by several scores. I do agree though that 24 seems high on paper. Having said that it woulnd't shock me to win by 30 though.

UGA was favored pretty big last year too.. yeah that was in JH but it should not have been that close. Auburn has been in every game, turnovers have been their Achilles heal.
Dawgs better come ready to play, last week was last week! If they don’t want that to happen again coaches have to be better all the way down through every aspect of the game! Defense better show the F up, Auburn has a good avg per carry when running the ball this year!

They will likely play their best game of the season thus far.

Freeze always seems to have his teams up for rivalry games.

With or without Freeze, Auburn players have this rivalry hard-coded into their DNA. They'll bring the fight.

We always beat the shite out of Auburn at home.

How many touchdowns has Auburn scored in Sanford Stadium in the last 10 years? Maybe 5?

The Auburn quarterback gets flushed out of the pocket and rolls to the right before throwing the ball away over the hedges 20-25 times per game. It happens everytime.

It’s kinda fun worrying about whether or not we can cover a spread against a hsitty auburn team in our own house. Feels like back in the Richt years.

First half of the Bama game mirrored the Richt years.

We don't know which team we have...first half or second half

^^^ Scored 1 first half touchdown in 3 games against Power 4 teams this season. Definitely screams Hutson Lambert.

I won’t be surprised if we make Thorne look like Milroe in the first half.

thorne is a shite passer that doesn't have many weapons. The only reason the game was close last year was because they kept running that read option with a FB lead blocker and we coulnd't stop it. Thorne ran for like 60 yards on it early and Ashford scored a TD on it later. I haven't watched AU much this seaosn so idk if they still run that much but I have to think we'll be better prepared for it.

And I think it's worth mentioning again even though I said it earlier...this will be Auburn's FIRST GAME away from JHS all season after 5 straight at home. We've already played in tuscaloosa and Lexington plus neutral against clemson .We are so ridiculously more battle tested than them it's not even funny

When were we favored by 24 over Auburn during the Richt years? Feels like we were more worried about getting a W period back then lol

This is a valid point and makes me feel more comfortable about the game.

Im rarely confident on us to cover the spread. I think we absolutely wax Auburn. Going to be at home with a pissed team that finally figured out how to play football

This UGA team has something to prove. I think they win but, don't cover.
