Is the fact that Auburn somehow dropped a game they had won. Now they have to go on the road and play Georgia, Missouri and Kentucky. They could very easily be 2-6 going into November. Hugh Freeze might not be the dude.

Ahhh. The one thing that binds Bama and UGA: a mutual hatred for Auburn.

Still have no clue how they managed to lose that one.

People forget that his average season as a Power 5 coach is 7-5

Auburn needed that win but Hugh Freeze decided to continue to put the ball in Thorne's hands instead of feeding the rock to Hunter. I said it yesterday but it is worth repeating:

When Auburn got that 4th down stop up 21-10, if they did nothing but run the ball the rest of the 4th quarter I imagine they win by double digits.

Heupel had a similar decision to make the week before.

In SEC Mike's words: Freeze bought a QB at Dollar General.

Thorne shite the bed. So did their kicker.

Could Freeze realistically get fired in year 2? What’s his buyout

Doubtful. Recruiting is going well right now but that might not last if they keep losing games. Say what you want about him but Gus Malzahn never had a losing season. Hugh Freeze might have back-to-back losing seasons by the time it's all said and done.

But hey, he beat Alabama twice and that counts for a lot.

They're still paying off the last two guys they fired, I believe.

They love paying 3 coaches at a time. They've done it for years now.
