He means if you're in the impacted area or immediately adjacent. A lot of people don't pay attention, underestimate, or wait until it's too late and they are unprepared.

Its just some rain and a little wind. This isn't a major storm. Thats why people used to not build right on the coast line. If people build there, they have to know storms are part of the equation.

Ooof....right on the edge but to the west so should be good. Unfortunately looks like travel ball is a rainout this weekend though. Prayers to those in the direct path.
