If the SEC is down this year then it's been down most years if you're honest. Of course until this season I've had the outside looking in perspective, ymmv.

I’d pump the brakes on the sec being down. Now if some off brand school like ole miss wins. I’d more seriously entertain this conversation.

It’s true. Miss St, Vandy, Kentucky, South Carolina, LSU, A&M, Missouri, OU, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida, Auburn, and Arkansas are all essentially Big XII caliber.

SEC is tougher than its ever been.
There are 5 teams who could win a championship this season and all of them will likely end up in the playoffs.
