The Gentry will perform several Elvis songs at halftime.

Hank will paint pictures with his balls!

Come on down or up as it were.

I know what you all have heard- but come on, what’s better than a 40 degree day in Memphis in late December?

True- but there is almost nothing colder than a damp 45 degree day in Memphis in late December. Be it a deer stand, a duck blind or at the Liberty Bowl.

My wife bought me some FirstLite gear that I'll probably never wear other than those shitty bowl games. We want Tampa!

Heated pool Lanier vs AUmemphis as best host? Any speculation out there?

Lived in Memphis a year while I was working with IP. The city had kind of a weird vibe for me, just like Birmingham - some promise but not a lot of progress. But I lived in Southwind inside the TPC course so that was nice.

Gator Bowl and you can crash at my place, brother

We’ll take the boat upriver to the stadium.

Drove through there on the way to Arky. Told the wife we were finding a detour on the way home. Didn't care how much time it added. What a dump.

Had it as a destination point on a long drive home from Farminghton NM. Was thinking of getting room, cleaning up, ....

Nope, back on the road and home. Wasted mere minutes.

You could make some money in the parking lot with a body armor kiosk.
