It would take a violent felony for shitbag Blank to consider firing either of his useless DEI hires, so no. It is pretty obvious that this team is going to start 0-5 though. "We won't be picking this high again for awhile" was such an arrogant statement from a worthless GM who has proven nothing besides being shitty at drafting.

Pitts and London were such awful draft picks. Bijan is a good player but also not worth where he was drafted.
Combine that with the Kirk signing and the Penix pick, this franchise is absolutely fricked for years*.

I still don't believe they will make the playoffs. They pulled out a great win and Cousins played well but I still don't think they are as good as New Orleans or Tampa. I still don't believe giving Cousins 180 million was a good idea. I would prefer an ownership that wants to build a solid team that will last over one that makes insane decisions for one year.

That game against the Steelers changed on the fumble where the man in motion had the ball hit him from the snap. The minute that happened I knew it was a loss.

Pittsburgh front 4 best in the league. They can win games without much help from the O. They win ugly games like that all the time.

Our defense is terrible. Having 6 sacks through 8 weeks is impossibly bad. This team has a hard ceiling unless they start hitting opposing QBs.

That was just a mad post after Week 1 when it looked like it was going to be the same old shite over and over again
. I've been pretty staunchly anti-Fontenot for awhile now because of his draft record and unwillingness to use legitimate resources to fix the pass rush. Just because they're winning games now doesn't mean those two problems are suddenly fixed. You can't build a sustainable winner without consistently good drafting.
I still don't think he should be allowed to run another draft.
