Another day of our guys getting a little banged up. Frazier’s arm and the d-lineman where we’re already banged up stood out for worry

Graham saying Frazier was just a stinger. Kirby said both could have gone back in if needed

Kentucky looks like an easy game and with an off week before Alabama there is time to heal.

They historically play us tough, but they look to be as bad as they’ve been in several years if how they played against SC was any indication.

This is just my opinion but that is insane. I actually thought they were pretty loaded talent-wise.

The beat nerds and everyone else is at the mercy of Kirby at the first Kirby press conference of the week. Sometimes Kirby volunteers inury information, and sometimes the beat writers have to ask him about it and hope they don't get an eat shite look.

Today is the first day ever for the NCAA mandated injury report. It will probably create a new timeline around here.

Sunday – speculate about what the beat writers are reporting around injuries
Monday – Kirby offers sort of vague injury updates at press conference
Tuesday - speculate about what Kirby said at press conference
Wednesday - official injury report

Mykel probably could go but he won't play this week. Brinson will probably play some, but won't push it. Frazier and Delp are good.

McLeod and Hall still working on getting back. Hall may be back for Bama.

Wouldn’t be at all surprised if both are limited for KY.

According to Kirby's presser, they are good to go. Frazier will see normal 3rd string reps. Delp will play as normal.

Hall is good to go and will be back for Bama although he can play now. Same with McLoud, although both are running, etc.

That's good news on Hall. The freshmen DL have a lot of promise but gap control has been suspect at times.

Frazier will be #2 back soon. He hits full speed really quick and can shed that first tackle easily.

Not so sure. BR looked to be getting his old form back - I know, it was just Tennessee Tech, but he moved very well. And he knows the blocking.

Here's the page where they display all of the official injury reports for the upcoming weekend SEC vs SEC games. If you click on the archives link, it shows previous reports for each team, including player status on Wed, Thurs, Fri, and final status on Saturday. You can sort those by team, player name, position, game week, status, etc. What it doesn't show is whether the players actually participated in the game, which is really the only info that reveals whether coaches are being honest about who's available.

I don't understand the point of all this. What's to stop a coach from simply listing 85 guys as questionable? Other than the "bad look" from the SEC office who can go piss up a rope.

Case in point, there's only one guy Kirby lists as "Out". You know damn well there's more guys that are "out" due to something on their body fricked up this week.

I like how Stoops made a point to list a ton of injuries, he's already using it as a media narrative tool.

I believe I read somewhere that there could be fines if a coach was obviously giving misleading injury reports, but nobody said how they would prove that was the case. What you'll see is pretty much what you described; lots of questionable, doubtful, probable, and the intentional misinformation will be lost in the rubble of trivia.

Frazier looks the best right now and no reason he should be #3
