It was started and continued by Florida morons. But it isn't pushed forward to this day by anyone. It was done as a joke, and the crimes became less and less funny, so they dropped it. Too bad since Georgia would probably be going for a 3peat to go with their earlier win. Tennessee never won the Fulmer Cup.
