Could be the best OL class Alabama has ever signed. Just down right nasty.
Ty Haywood - 5 star
Jackson Lloyd - 4 star
Micah DeBose - 4 star
Michael Carroll - 5 star
Mal Waldrep - 3 star

This can't be real.
I was assured by Auburn and LSU fans alike that Husky Harsin couldn't recruit his way out of a wet paper bag.
This has to be another kid just committing for some money and he'll definitely sign somewhere else.

If it is just about money, then why is Arkansas not recruiting better? During the Calipari saga we were assured that Arkansas has so much booster money. Do Jerry Jones and Tyson just not care about football?

Lloyd could very easily wind up a 5* after re-evaluations and postseason All-Star games. Bama's staff and several others (Ohio State and USC being two) had him at the top of the board nationally for OT prospects along with Haywood and David Sanders.

How would anyone legitimately know this? Just curious. Nothing more?

There probably isn't any good way to answer that without people on here being critical/skeptical, so it's a good loaded question for a "gotcha". That being said, there legitimately ARE some people that have sources in the college staffs and among HS coaches.

I could have sworn we were talking football not basketball. Tyson has financially helped the track program for years primarily with facilities. Jones main contribution has been an academic resource and achievement center for athletes. If only they would pay for play. Something Bama has done for decades.

That's fair. The only insiders I trust from the UGA side say they don't know the big board and I'm inclined to believe them.
Happy recruiting

Killing it. That O line, if Bama can hold it into 2026, could become dominate.
But with the wild world of NIL? How many stay to become developed into legitmate SEC starters?

For the sake of argument, let's assume half of them leave or don't pan out, and the rest stay and play up to their potential.
That's still a monster OLine, and says a lot about just what an insane haul DeBoer and co. are bringing in at that position.
