Which SEC teams claim the most bogus national championships - now with Texas and Oklahoma

I've done this thread before, it's a ranking of which schools claim the least % of bullshite titles. I'm updating it to add another NC for Georgia and to add Oklahoma and Texas.
"Real Title" criteria is as follows.
Titles before 1936 things are pretty much wide open. Undefeated seasons, math formulas(that were developed before 1950), rose bowl wins, whatever. It's pretty difficult to have a bogus claim in this era(spoiler: Still happens).
1936-1997 - Poll Era. Only AP and Coaches Polls are valid in this era. Other claims will be marked as bogus.
1998-present - BCS/Playoff Era. Self explanatory. Only UCF and USCw are lame enough to claim fake titles in this era.
I'm only using titles that the school themselves claim. I'm assuming the wiki pages are correct, if I get one wrong let me know and I'll fix the data.
Vandy, Miss St, Mizzou and South Carolina have 0 claims, but it should be noted they all have at least 1 claim, sometimes 2 or 3 if they were to make the type of claims others are making here. So shout out to these schools for keeping it honest.
Ranked by least % of bogus claims to most. # of good claims for a tie breaker, followed by # of bad claims when needed.
1. Oklahoma - 7 claims, 0 are bogus, 0% bogus claims.
2t. LSU - 4 claims, 0 are bogus, 0% bogus claims.
2t. Texas - 4 claims, 0 are bogus, 0% bogus claims.
4. Florida: 3 claims, 0 are bogus, 0% bogus claims.
5. Auburn - 2 claims, 0 are bogus. 0% bogus claims despite the push by some ignorant Auburn fans to change it.
6. Alabama - 18 claims, 1941 is bogus. 6% bogus claims.
7. Georgia: 4 claims, 1942 is bogus. 25% bogus claims.
8. Texas A&M: 4 claims, 1927 and Jimbos 20XX are bogus, 50% bogus claim
9. Tennessee: 6 claims, 1938, 1940, 1950, 1967 are bogus. 66% bogus claims.
10. Kentucky: 1 claims, 1950 is bogus, 100% bogus claims.
10t. Arkansas: 1 claim, 1964 is bogus. 100% bogus claims.
12. Ole Miss: 3 claims, 1959, 1960 and 1962 are bogus, 100% bogus claims.
Congrats to the new #1, Oklahoma. 0% bogus claims with the highest number of legit claims.

The majority of Tennessee fans know more about Alabama's championship claims than they do their own.
My favorite is when they bring up Alabama losing their bowl game after being awarded the title. Of the 2 legit Tennessee claims, 1 of them had a bowl loss. And then of the 4 bullshite claims, 2 of them also has a bowl loss...and it wasn't even their only loss of the season, they went 9-2 in one of them.
If I was to add in a factor for biggest stretches, Tennessee would come in dead last on these rankings.

Alabama can't say anything about anybody as long as they claim 1941. They were shutout by both teams that finished ahead of them in the SEC, Vandy and Miss State. To go 9-2 with both losses being shutouts doesn't support anybody's claim of a national championship.

If you notice, I mentioned that the 1941 claim was a bogus claim.
Alabama should immediately take it off the list, but I'm just a fan. All I can do is make note that it's a bullshite claim.

I believe you've undercounted. Everyone knows about 1998 of course. As OP acknowledged, Tennesee won the AP and UPI final polls in 1951 by going 10-0 in the regular season. I won't go beyond that since it's Houlgate and similar crap titles.

Or is this a way for you to “only claim 6% bogus claims” to get in front of the fact that you actually claim fake titles?

Why is 1942 bogus?
1-loss
-Won rose bowl
-Heisman trophy winner
-Ranked National Champion by the majority of polls after the bowl games due to the Rose Bowl win over ranked UCLA
-Ohio St did not play in a bowl and was voted AP #1 as the poll was conducted prior to the bowls.

Bowl games did not count in 1942.

No.
#1 Only the AP poll existed.
#2, the final AP poll was before the bowl games. They did not release one after the bowls, as the bowl games were considered exhibition games.

This is a ranking of all SEC teams, not LSU fans crying about Alabama.

I don’t claim 41 and its absurd the university decided to several decades ago. We have by far the most legitimate titles of any program and 41 cheapens them all.

I am/was congratulating LSU, and people like you are so butt hurt about Alabama the only thing you can focus on is Alabama's 6th place ranking.

Technically we have 75 years and the lifespan of Jimbo windows open. That 20XX bogus claim is illegitimate and I motion should be struck from our current record to pending.
