Marijuana is off the NCAA list of dangerous drugs and the NCAA will stop testing players for marijuana at postseason events. Good move, some careers hurt by this. I am shocked it took this long.

National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (Established 1970), it used to be a felony and folks rotted in prison.

You can tell you’ve never smoked

It’s not like meth. Not as bad as being drunk either. It’s 2024, not 1950 anymore. About time

It’s about like being half drunk all the time. I don’t care if it’s legal or not, but the hallelujah chorus over frying your brains needs to just admit they want to get fricked up and stop playing like this is some moral issue.

They should just get drunk like normal people. It’s ok to drink your drug.

Seeing companies that adopt no drug test policies are going to be interesting to watch over the years.

You moved to a new name but the stench remains the same, just like Biden and Trump and soiled diapers.

So guess again and fix the damn flag, people died so you could act the child, and stop voting for eighty year old dead beats.

It is being perfectly represented and if you had half a brain you would agree. Open borders, stolen elections, mandated poison injections, fascist authoritarian regime that uses lawfare to arrest political rivals. Wake the frick up. America is in distress.

I don't have an issue with weed but it can cause its own issues

I tend to agree with you on this

but

I do partake so I am just going to take the hypocrite role on this one.

I dont think it should be legal. It will be just another thing to degrade society.

There are just too many people who cant control themselves with more substances.

I honestly do not know the answer. But having people high AF all the time can not be a good thing.

I've smoked for almost 30 years heavily, and I will say smoking weed is not a positive in society. Legalization isn't a step toward a more improved society..

Dan I always knew you were one of the smartest of the group but bringing logic and reason matched with experience is wisdom.

My stance on weed has no political precedence. And this isn’t a political announcement it is just a turning the blind eye from the NCAA that can apply or dissolve rules however they want. Which any rule they implement or remove should always be to the benefit of the student athletes and/or the university that should also protect them. This is not the case in changing this rule.
