Our yell leaders are a tradition that dates back a 100 years when A&M was an all male military school. Tough to have female cheerleaders when there are no females on campus. Over the years, admin and alumni have chosen to keep that tradition alive. Sorry you do not approve. We don't necessarily do things like everybody else. We do not consider ourselves to be like everybody else. During my 5 years at A&M, I knew many yell leaders. Most of them got more pussy the year that they were yell leaders than most of you get in a lifetime.

I had never seen nor heard of a "jizz jar" until I saw something about it on UTrans message board probably 20 years ago. I guess that tells you where that lie comes from.

It is extremely funny and ignorant of you to think that A&M has a huge gay culture attached to it. Texas A&M is one of the most conservative universities in the country. The LGBTQ crowd does not attend conservative universities. They do not align with most of their liberal ideals. As a matter of fact, Texas A&M is ranked the most conservative university in the SEC and one of the top 15 in the country. I am not saying that A&M does not have any gay students, but they are certainly a huge minority of the overall 70,000+ student population.

After reading this, I am sure the three-time loser of this site, xwing/rancho/shaveshisbush/kenny will be along to tell you all about an event known as "Draggieland". It is an anual event that is held on campus in Rudder theatre. The venue holds about 2500 people and is not sponsored by the university. A&M actually makes money from the event from the rental of the venue. Interestingly enough, about half of the tickets for the event are sold in Austin.
