It does look dated above the court, but it was an extremely well designed arena as far as the seating is concerned.

They all more or less serve their purpose but college football stadiums, to me, are bad versions of high school stadiums for most fans. The folks in the nicer area and luxury suites have a differing POV but most fans have seats on aluminum benches and its a lot like flying coach. Its worth it for the improved atmosphere but NFL stadiums are MUCH nicer and most of the time the price of admission is less. I hate college games played in NFL stadiums but from an amenities POV the NFL versions are infinitely better on average.
