Interesting stat I saw elsewhere..

SEC Play
Aggies 2-7 in games decided by 2 runs or less

Aggies 13-1 in games decided by more than 2 runs

Analysis
1) the Aggies are in every game
and
2) they blow a lot of people out
but
3) they play tight when it counts

it’s a small sample size, but that’s a sign of a very good team who appears to have some kryptonite

LSU
If they can go 7-0 or maybe even 6-1, they just might host a regional

ELO 14
RPI 30

The key to baseball (any level) is getting hot at the right time.. have they turned the corner?

Texas
Likewise, Texas is playing better as well.

10-3 in the last 13
7-1 in Big 12 Seres

ELO 17
RPI 50

Still some work to do to make the postseason, and they lack an Ace at the TOR.. but the bats are pretty good.. could jump up to a 2 seed possibly if they finish strong..

Top 10 RPI
A&M
Kentucky
Arkansas
Clemson
UNC
Georgia
Tennessee
Florida State
ECU
Indiana State

Combined.. they have 1 NC.
Georgia 1990
I love baseball.

We haven't swept anyone all season. I would have to see us prove we can do that before thinking we could sweep 3 in a row. Let's just keep winning series and win a few in the SEC tournament to get in.

Those games we’ve lost have also come with 2+ errors I believe.

I’m not saying we beat ourselves, but we certainly help the other team out
