Congrats on Cal, but he’s got to lose the pinstripe in Fayetteville or this isn’t going to work.

I like how they slapped Cal's head on Musselman's body

Kentucky can give you a much better idea of how that actually goes. But offhand, I would say, not so good.

12 years ago, and haven't sniffed much in 8. I do hope Cal has renewed energy at Arky though. I miss when Arky was good.

Jerry Jones and the Clinton's will also be there.
Calipari will bring in some awesome talent and probably continue to underachieve.
Wonder if Cal will have the same success as Jimbo had at A&M, as they're both great recruiters, but have trouble coaching..

In 2012. Now explain all the other 5-star NBA first-rounders in the last 14 years?

You mean how the last 15 years cal is the most successful and winning coach during that period?

It doesn’t matter what you tell anyone, they know this was a blockbuster hire. They refuse to let it settle in

Outside of the National Title?
2 National Title Games
4 Final Fours
7 Elite Eights
8 Sweet Sixteens
6 SEC Championships
6 SEC Tournament Championships
.774 Winning percentage
Five - 30 Win Seasons
Fourteen - 20 Win Seasons
That pretty much explains it all....One coach in 15 years has done more than 11 SEC Programs all Time.

How'd Cal do in the tourney with all those wins and talent? Seems Arky would be better off with a 50 year old Cal as opposed to the 65 year old Cal that ran away from KY to avoid the pressure for continuing to underachieve.

So pick one of these 2 head coaches for basketball success at your school: Calipari or Hurley.

No program unless maybe they are a blue blood would be unhappy with the results that Cal has had in his career and nor would they complain about this hire.
