A copy of her medical discharge report from the hospital that she provided to police by email showed that she was treated for bruises and a concussion, police said in the complaint. "Photos show bruising on (the woman's) left and right arms, scratches on her neck, bruising on her left collarbone and left shoulder and chest, and broken finger nail," the complaint said.

The truth is somewhere in the middle, hence the no jail time. Both got into argument, woman fricked up his phone and pushed him to the brink and he lost it and put his hands on her.

After reading about a gay male catfish pretending to be a female to give a VA Tech football player a blowiob resulting in the football player realizing that woman was a man and killing said gay male and getting off scotch clean I feel like women that rather trap men are entirely too protected.
