Bama played over their heads and over-achieved based on its talent. Thats undeniable

lol Bama isn’t an untalented team at all. They shot 70% from threes in the first half and ended up losing by 14.

Be impressed by that if you want

They've had one team that was more talented than this one under Oats and act like this was a rebuild roster.

Yes, they are. Bama is very under talented in this rebuilding year.

First time watching? No, first time with a true rooting interest this late. I've kind of forgotten what a first weekend exit feels like... could you elaborate on that a little?

Alabama has about 4x the amount that Auburn has had so maybe you tell me.

I remember the last time you had "kind of a rebuilding year".

Alabama fans will remember. And so will you!!! LOL

You’ll actually spend the next few YEARS having to talk down on it as you troll this board!! It will be ingrained in your mind more than most Bama fans. And you know I’m right.

There are two cteams that are clearly the best in the country. Tennessee lost by six to Purdue in the elite eight. Bama lost by 14 to UConn in the final four.

Congrats!?!

I get it. For some, the maths get hard. So let me simplify it. Tennessee lost in the elite 8 and therefore did not make it to the final four. 4?? Alabama made it to the Final Four. Tennessee did not.

Edit: and just a little reminder that MSU beat the brakes off your shitty team in the SEC tourney.

We're not good? I think most of us have been saying that for years now. Weird.

Well, they likely will.

For whatever reason, Final Four appearances are talked about as if it's almost as big of a deal as winning the whole thing.

Of course, those same people will laugh at your head coach for two times making the playoff with ND. It is quite strange.

Harder to make it to the CFP. Talented teams can struggle in basketball and still make a final four as a lower seed. Not that way in 4 team playoff. Will be a little more room for error in the 12 teamer.

Wow, you mean the playoff that only selects 4 teams vs 68? You got him there.

That said, single elimination makes it extremely tough to actually advance far enough to make the final four. Making it to the final four means that team is the regional champions.

Even Duke and North Carolina accept trophies and cut down the nets for it. People act like it's a big deal because it IS a big deal.

If it was that easy it would be 4 #1 seeds in the final four every year.

one could argue playing less games is easier.
