In today's episode "legendary" Auburn coach, who never won shite, Pat Dye, was a guest on the Finebaum show in Birmingham, Alabama. He spoke of an evil plot designed by Nick Saban, Houston Nutt, and Jimmy Sexton to disrupt the Awbun family. He even went so far as to call Houston Nutt a liar. It is rumored that coach Turner Gill will make a cameo appearance on the loveliest plantation on the plains. Coach Turner is going to lead practice while Pat Dye sits in the tower wearing a white colonel Sanders suit yelling, "tell em to hit sumbody in the mouth boy"!

Charles Barkley is going to mix drinks for coach Dye while calling him "Boss Man". It seems as though things are returning to normal in Auburn.

Tune in for the next episode of, "As the Barn Burns"

wait a minute scoop, didn't you say in an earlier post that you respected Dye, and that you wished your boy played for him?

Yes...I like coach Dye but I can still give him hell if he gives BAMA hell. He made a bit of an arse of himself today. I think he is getting to old for Auburn to keep allowing himto go on the air. It was obvious that he was all in the middle of this hire.

isn't he responsible for most of what AU does? What was his relationship with Tubbs?

Tubbs kept him at arms length. Dye has a terrible reputation with the NCAA and if Auburn is smart they will keep him in the shadows.

That is pretty funny...not quite as funny as a BAMA fan making fun of an AUB fan for the way their coach sounds. Pot meet Kettle

Everybody likes to poke a little fun at Patrick Fain Dye, or as we Bammers so lovingly refer to him " Foghorn Leghorn"
