How good is your center? If he's a B+ or better, you've got a shot. UConn's weakness is teams that can hit a lot of threes and have a good center (Creighton put on a clinic to prove that).

Trick Question: We don’t have a center

Nick Pringle is an elite rebounder and solid post defender but just fair at rim protection. He also fouls a lot and has a lot of trouble finishing at the rim

Grant Nelson is good at everything but a master at nothing. Potential to explode but potential to underwhelm

I wish we could age freshman Mo Dioubate 2 years this week. He’s gonna be a hell of a slashing/rebounding/defending power forward by the time he’s done

Alabama doesn’t have any basketball fans. Hell, they can’t even spell basketball.

We don't have one. 2 Forwards, 3 guards.

Good enough to be in the F-4.

Our best shot is to run that 7-footer up and down the court all night long. If we do that, their center will either tap out our foul out at the 28:00 mark. Then it is on!

Will be interesting to see what Oats does when UCONN's big center is in the game.

He actually had some success against Purdue by going with 5 3 pt shooters on the floor and daring Edey to guard one of them. Didn't stop Edey on offense that often but traded a lot of 3's for 2's on the other end.

Perhaps the bigger concern is UCONN has the size and quickness when their center is NOT in the game to close down Bama's shooters on the perimeter.

We've learned to play without a 5 all year. Teams with a true big gives us a shite ton of problems. If we can rotate at center with success like we have all year and shoot the lights out then we have a good chance. UCONN is due for an off night. If Bama pulls it off it would have to be one of the biggest upsets in Final Four history.

That could be said for 99.9% of ALL teams.
To answer your question, no. We had one, but he left early after last year. A terrible decision for both him and Alabama.
