If the TV market is still what you are after you have to target Duke, UNC and the biggest prize ND. I doubt they would all be interested.

I think the TV market logic has completely changed in the steaming era.

ALL it’s EVER been about is market share. Period.
The only reason the SEC would take a team in a market where the conference already has a presence would be defensive - to keep the B1G-Ego out of the market.
For example; the ONLY reason the SEC might take GaTech would be to keep the B1G out of the lucrative ATL TV market.
