smart $ says UF - seems the Upstate school has 'borrowed' quite a few things and called it their own throughout the years - I want to think 1939 was the year CU has claimed it was first used - but who knows if the supporting story is truth or fiction -

Well, considering they stole their mascot, their colors, their fight song and the nickname of their stadium, I could make a guess.....
