The worst you can say about Filulmer was that he was able to take a ton of partial qualifiers (when they were allowed) and getting them qualified and he did turn in Alabama for buying players.

As an AD he took a high risk guy in Pruitt.

Hardly cheating his arse off.

UGAs Walker was functionally illiterate with a mental disorder that kept him from being functional until treated later in live but he didn’t go to UGA to play school.

No, he did not.

Spurrier turned them in. Fulmer was simply the secret witness that verified everything Spurrier had told them was in fact true.

There are some that say Houston Nutt had also informed the NCAA what Bama was doing.

I know very little about Fulmer, etc. But I've heard Hershel speak in person and I 100% believe he has a mental disorder.
