The truth is way too many are breaking into our house and bringing fentanyl and other drugs, human slavery, hardened criminals of all types and diseases that were eradicated in the U.S. many years ago.

Ibarra was not one of these, and even if he had been, it was 90 days beyond the sunset of the pause.
That Ibarra was arrested in NYC a year later for child endangerment and driving without a license only adds to the fact that this piece of shite was... a piece of shite.

They're still breaking the law and that makes them criminals. IDGAF how much of a heart of gold they have. There's nothing wrong with wanting a better life for your family. That's admirable.
Breaking the law to do it and taking taxpayer resources from Americans who have had that tax money seized at the point of a gun because they want a better life is tantamount to armed robbery. At best, they are well-meaning parasites who will bleed the United States dry.
If we cannot trust those who seek to emigrate to the United States to respect our most basic of immigration laws and processes, then what reasonable expectation do we have that any other aspect of the rule of law that our society runs on will be followed?
Hint: We don't.

What’s real sad is learning this guy and his brother were previously arrested for theft but not arrested. They were simply cited and released. But if you’re a football player on a moped with no license your arse while be arrested and photographed for the world to see. So much for sanctuary city status.

This is non-negotiable, and not up for interpretation. Immigration is a legal process, and when it is not followed, then those individuals are breaking the law. They are illegal aliens and they have declared a massive "frick You" to the US and all of its citizens.
If I want a better car, and my neighbor has one, I do not get to take that car. That is called auto theft. Taking benefits afforded to people who follow the proper channels to emigrate to the United States just because they want a better life MAKES THEM CRIMINALS.
