The parents need to organize to bring pressure to bear. School boards need to be put on notice.

Believe me, I have experience in (ugh) “community organizing.” It really can make a difference.
Sure, these parents will let their kids be exposed to pornography in grade school, but a bully using peanuts? CIRCLE THE WAGONS!!! WE MUST DESTROY THAT KID AT ALL COSTS. NO FUTURE FOR HIM. HE GAVE MY SON THE JIFF

Maybe they should bully the parents too for not producing an offspring that can stand up to the mighty peanut.

I mean, I don’t know. The whole “exposure to pornography” thing is probably almost entirely a suburban phenomenon. You know, stay at home yoga moms with a bachelor’s in sociology from UT who are transing their daughters, got Ukraine flags and “In This House We Believe” signs on their lawns.

Peanut allergy killer bullies would seem to be right up their alley.

Are there even libraries in ghetto schools?

The story

You may want to rethink that position. They asked him if his peanut allergy could kill him, he said “absolutely it could”. Then, they stuffed a bunch of peanuts in his jersey inside his locker. OP’s source says they also threw peanuts directly at the boy, put them in his shoes.

We have evidence of just how calculated this was, because the kid was concerned enough over his bullies that he had recorded that conversation with his phone.

The corrupt school district ruled this didn’t constitute bullying, and there were no notable consequences (suspended for a throwaway game).

I am pretty sure the mother is not gonna let this go because her kid is facing backlash & she can go after them for aggravated assault if she wants to, easy — no matter what Lake Travis & the district think about it.

Kid knowingly did something that could have killed his own teammate. His parents were working their asses off to get it swept it under the rug, but that seems to have backfired.

Ironically, it’s peanuts they should’ve been exposed to. Exposing high risk infants to peanuts lowers their chance of an allergy by about 80%. I’m guessing fastidious, wimpy parents afraid of everything have kept their kids away from certain foods out of fear and have actually put their kids at higher risk of poor outcomes.

ETA: there are different protocols for different high risk kids. So parents should still seek medical advice on when and how.
