It’s literally the same style. Both come off as entitled.

You can say a lot about Oats but you can't deny that he's earned every bit of his career. DIII guy from Wisconsin who was a high school coach 10 years ago. Isn't close to entitled. Works like a maniac.

I always assumed Oats wore plaid out of respect for Wimp Sanderson.

Bjork Entitled? YES - Bjork acts entitled and the fact that big programs keep giving him AD jobs is confusing to say the least. What exactly has he accomplished that justifies overseeing athletic departments at the level of aTm & tOSU?

Entitled Oats? NO - He's worked hard and earned his way. He's a jackass and he's no arse kisser and he does not demonstrate a personality of entitlement.

I don’t see anything wrong with the way Oats, Buzz or Bjork dress. In fact, I think they dress very respectable given their salary and stature within their organizations.

They are all in good shape and dress sharp. I honestly think it’s a slap in the face when you're a state employee making millions of dollars and you’re a fat slob in a hoody.

That being said, winning cures most issues, if not all. Nobody cares about appearance if you’re winning.
