watched some sports show yesterday and they said that the NCAA have over a dozen programs they are snooping around on and trying to find something to dig up regarding NIL/recruiting.
I hope the TN/Virginia lawsuits gains steam and more programs/AG's join the lawsuit or file their own.
The NCAA has to end, imo
I got news for you, this nil thing is going to come crashing down hard as soon as the females start suing because they are not getting millions in nil money. I bet the courts won't pretend like it's not the schools controlling this money then

How do you think college football worked prior to NIL? The biggest richest schools got the best recruits. Nothing has changed except they no longer have to hide it. Maybe a few schools have been bolder but the idea that recruits didn't already get paid to attend the biggest/richest schools is laughable.

If they are stars, females make plenty. Ask Angel Reese if she is underpaid.

I said this from the beginning. As soon as Heather, the women's field hockey player from Bryn Mawr, sees the QB at Ohio State or the PG at Kansas making millions and she's not getting a cent is going to go running to the courts. We have seen recently that there is no longer even a pretense of abiding by the rule of law in American courts. When the drumbeat starts - and it's going to - there will be plenty of progressive and Democratic judges just chomping at the bit to give male jocks their comeuppance.
