Yes, it's part of a Coca-Cola sponsorship of the program. Interestingly, all of Kim's outfits are made by a local designer. She does not pick them out.

Coke paid for a local New Orleans artist Becky Fos to design a commemorative national championship piece of art that is on the back of the shirt she is wearing and was on coke bottles they sold as well.
They gave out tshirts at the game with the same artwork on the front.
