What most UGA fans claim and what is demonstrably apparent is that UGA does not go for ultimatums from players who have not proven themselves at UGA...given the choice between Carson Beck, for example, and the stud that went to Nebraska, UGA is going to stick with the Carson Becks. The talent that UGA has lost the last 3 years to the Portal is more talent than a handful of teams have on their roster at any point and the talent that UGA has taken from the portal is not a huge number. UGA recruits well, as good as anyone and better than most...NIL deals at UGA are reportedly focused on THOSE players, not mercanaries, especially ones that have taken a snap or taken many...
