Great athlete. Jalen would make a QB for Sunshine Billy at Florida.

Simpson and Sayin seem like better fits, but we'll see how the spring plays out.

Milroe is not smart enough to read the field quickly in a high passing attack offense and will not be the starter in 2024. He will transfer.

Good question. I guess we'll see. As much of a turnaround as he got, he'll still have to compete for the job. May the best QB win.

Guessing one of the QBs between Milroe/Simpson will transfer after spring.

Depends on who fits better in CKD system better

He seems like he would be a super 1977 Big 8 quarterback, half catastrophe and half big play.

He'll be gone during the spring portal. DeBoer knows he has a freebie year and Milroe was not his guy.

QB battle is the thing that interests me most about the spring. As of today, we have a very good and diverse QB room. The problem is the guy who seems to be the team leader during this transition is probably not the guy equipped to run this sort of offense. Simpson looked light years better later in the year, and his combination of arm strength, better vision and legs seems like it could be very good in the system. And then there is Sayin, who seems to have been born to run this. But to Milroe's credit, he's proven he works hard and improves, so it would be silly to write him off.

So, it's going to be interesting.

Of course he is....Bama will study LSU Heisman winner offense day and night.

He's a better athlete than JD and a full off season of prep, he'll be better than Penix.

I hate all things Gump but you have to be an idiot to think he isn't a fit.

I'd take Michael Penix if he had more eligibility... Has nothing to do with skin color... Just based on what we have already seen in two years.
