I think saban retiring actually hurts Kirby more than anyone.
99% of the the dna of the program is shite saban came up with and most of Kirby’s hires have been siphoning off old saban staff. We’ll see going forward.

Kirby has hired two former GA/analysts to coaching roles and a DB coach and now he’s dependent on Saban to groom coaches for him?
