That is only in the minds of Bamas. They know you can only go down after the Best ever.

Shouldn’t you be focused on Brianna “bitch tits” Kelly and the worst defense in SEC history?

Apparently he's gonna handle NIL and the defense, Grubb is gonna bring the once in a generation offense...what Husky Harsin is gonna be responsible for is still being decided on by Nick.

Bama has a brand spanking new coach. The problem is that Coach May not have a team to compete with next year.

Good. They choked on what Michigan shoved down their throats in Pasadena.

I truly hope Saban staying on doesn't turn into the Pat Dye deal. That said, Deboer seemed extremely naive at the intro presser.

I missed the NC game but it seems like I remember hearing something about a controversial call that flipped the momentum of the game to Michigan. Is that true?

They will never get over it and if this coach turns out to be great and continues to kick their arse they will be suicidal.

Michigan dominated the game. Beat the hell out of Pennix and made him look average at best.

No.. it wasn’t a call that won the game for Michigan, it was their clear physical superiority.

Well my neck and arm has been in pretty bad shape for a couple of weeks now. I have not slept well so I ended up going to be that night and missed the game. I was up nearly 24hrs and I just ran out of gas and finally just crashed lol.

I heard someone talking about a controversial call when the game was like 20-13 or something like that. They said from that point the momentum of the game flipped and Michigan dominated from that point till the end. I was just curious what the call was about.

He is. They decided, if its going to be like the NFL, then Bama's gonna have a GM.

Other programs fricked.

Turned it off at halftime. I need my beauty rest.

Out of curiosity...do you believe one bad call can cost a game? Because there are a ton of people that can bring up a bunch of bad calls that went Alabama's way that might have cost them games. You know...like players being called off sides when they clearly were not and maybe a catch that hit the ground and was not a catch at all that referees called a catch?

Fact remains that Michigan won the title game by 3 TD's.

Initial impression is that DeBoers is a sock puppet. Not a good look. Reflects more on the Alabama culture than the ability of the coach. If he is the right guy then let him be in charge. Trust him.

He built the analyst empire for the sole reason of joining its ranks one day. Strategy is an unending process.

Seriously though, I don't think he is there for a single Xs and Os or prep process bit of advice.

He's the greatest recruiter in CFB. I think he is there to aid in advice on NIL lessons learned, warm handovers of recruiting relationships, and advice on year-long recruiting battle rhythms, processes, and pipelines. That alone is invaluable.
