Because wins at current school are all that really matters when ranking a coach for where he is now.
Winning a division II championship isn't helping anyone win games in the SEC.

Kirby, titles. Kiffin and Drink have done well in difficult places to do well. DeBoer over Sark for the head to head and playing for the title this year.
