I’m guessing you’re including sports other than just football. I say that because the following schools never won their division in football:
Ole Miss
Texas A&M
Kentucky
Vanderbilt
But at this point this is no more than trivia considering the SEC has, disastrously in my opinion, done away with divisions.

Vandy has definitely won their division in baseball and Kentucky in basketball
