Man this is exciting. It feels like we're about to take over CFB all over again but yet anew. So many teams and fans telling us on this board even that Bama is done. Bama has made bad decisions, a bad hire ... all that garbage ... etc.

Yet, we're about to have another:

'The catch' against Arkansas in 2007
Clemson game like we did in 2008
The black out game against Georgia in 2008
More domination against Auburn
More beatdowns coming LSU's way like we had in 08, 09, 11, 12, etc.
And more beatdowns to CFB at large in further seasons.

These are exciting times. I am stoked for the 2024 season and beyond!

Damn I can't wait.

Of course, much respect to the GOAT for bringing Bama back to the top and of course, bringing each of you guys' teams up further than you were before. A rising Tide raises all ships!

ETA: The downvotes are coming from Bama haters. I know it hurts that we're looking forward to more domination.

You’re off by a few years. Mike Price was hired in 2003.

What makes you think you still have a coaching advantage?

So if you don't expect any dropoff at all that means you think Saban was not that great of a coach right? I mean if someone can come in and just do the same as him and win multiple championships with ease, then Saban can't be the GOAT.

Tough spot for Bama to be in. Either Saban was the best ever and there will be a dropoff. Or he wasn't the GOAT and no dropoff.

The frick it does. We watched what Saban did at LSU and knew he was a sure thing. This feels like a gamble that looks good on paper.

Damn, you are in full meltdown mode, my friend. It’ll be okay. Your new coach is a good hire that should have Alabama decent at the very least. High ceiling and not as low of a floor as some of the others speculated.

Yeah, Saban leaving is the best possible thing that could happen to Bama

Sounds to me like you hit the pipe one last time before your dropped off at rehab in the morning.
