Dabo is a fricking arse clown. He was mediocre before Venables and Scott, and to mediocracy he has returned. Dabo is not a football IQ guy, and has proved that fact over and over again. He might be an effective leader, even a good recruiter, but he is a glorified wide receivers coach.
Saban and to extent now Kirby, have gone through more coordinators then Dabo can count, and have more than maintained success. The season Dabo had this year with the amount of talent on that roster in the league he plays in, embarrassing.
