Other way around. Penix's success is due to DeBoer. People on this website have been talking up Penix like he's the next Patrick Mahomes or something. He isn't that damn good. He was in a great system.
DeBoer is great at dialing up the downfield passing game. His offense fits Milroe's skillset like a glove. I'll be shocked if DeBoer flops there and I actually thought he was going to be in play for the Seahawks job after Carroll resigned.

But you also sound like every talking head on the tv/interweb right now talking up this hire as if it’s a done deal perfect slam dunk Bear>Saban>DeBore trilogy of dominance
