It definitely seems like it's not Lanning.
But, I'll throw this out there... all of the footage from that video is from previous meetings and interviews. What if Lanning's Twitter account is run by their media team, and they strategically cobbled this together and put it out to pressure him?
I'm not one for conspiracies, but nothing in that video is from the past couple days.
