This is another guy I called out years ago saying Saban needed to fire him. Saban of today keeps unproductive coaches around too damn long.

I rarely agree with you, but you are correct here. I think Saban is just getting tired of having to constantly replace good assistants, so he sometimes keeps the ones no one else wants a little too long
