Amazing what vetting and hiring an innovative mind will do for a program.

Aka a guy with above an 80 IQ. The amount of idiot millionaires in CFB is astounding.

Also goes to show what can happen when you have an ad with the balls to cut bait on someone who’s clearly in over their head and not working out. Also, stop hiring retreads and just go find someone who’s a fricking winner. It’s not rocket science.

I remember when we hired one of the most innovative minds in college football by the name of Chad Morris.

Look, I just think we have so many obstacles to overcome we are going to have to just gamble like crazy on an innovative coach and STICK WITH HIM through the growing pains.
