I hate FSU more than anyone, but I’m trying to figure out what their legal argument is going to be. Breach of fiduciary duty perhaps? Could argue that the ACC didn’t make the best deal in hindsight… but that’s weak.
It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out. I will be laughing because it’s FSU that has to squirm. Anyone else with the exception of Georgia, I would feel bad for.

I saw somewhere that they want to attack some clause in the contract where espn has the right to walk away from the contract no penalty in 2027(this is completely unfounded rumor stuff but it was first I heard of it)

Indeed it's weak, essentially saying "Party X isn't very good at their job" won't get you anywhere.

FSU is the beautiful girl who looks in the mirror and dreams of yesteryear’s. Tallahassee I think is a pretty town. Close to gorgeous beaches. Awesome fan base. Very passionate.
They filed in Tallahassee Circuit Court. Their paper is the Tallahassee Democrat! Not Republican. Like all Democrats, they think the justice system will work in their favor.
They’re trying to imtimidate Mickey Mouse. What they don’t realize is Disney has loads of High powered Democrat lawyers that will make mincemeat of their lawsuit.
