Texas and the Cowboys are two of the biggest underachieving dogs in their own state. Truly all horse but no cattle.

Tell me about it. The way they won their conference this year (the same league Missouri had to run away from due to being incapable of winning said league themselves), whooped the sec champion on the road (a team Missouri has yet to beat) and punched their ticket to the college football playoff (something Missouri never sniffed) SCREAMS underachievement
