It's clear that A&M is the best head coaching position in the country

Kevin Sumlin was allowed to coach his entire tenure while completely drunk.

Jimbo Fisher was paid $113 million to perform even worse than the guy literally coaching under the influence.

Elijah Robinson is allowed to recruit players for the Syracuse roster while being paid by A&M, even using A&M's visits to recruit players for Syracuse.

Six core values are at the heart of what Texas A&M is all about: loyalty, integrity, excellence, leadership, respect and selfless service.

I will coach A&M for just a fraction of what they paid Jimbo and could do about as well too. I will even sign a waiver saying I won’t recruit for another school while I’m on A&M’s time and dime. Call me Aggies!!!

They prefer it if you do.

I know that we all have fun with this on the board. But, seriously, how the hell is A&M not some perennial powerhouse with all the money that they have and with the amount of money that they pour into the program and their proximity to good recruits? You almost have to try to not be good with all of the advantages that they have.

because they encourage their cultish behavior. And I'm not even talking about the weird chants and dances they do. They're stuck in a college football era of old where it's more important to stroke the ego of the alumni than it is to produce results.

Ross Bjork found the perfect job for himself there.

It's December and all of the A&M fans have migrated out of here like they do every year.

I agree that this is a good aggie joke that you have created, but the punchline has no one to land on.

ERob just has different values than Aggie

Who’s right who’s wrong who’s to say.

They have daddy issues and cock distracts the shite out of them so football takes a backseat.

Just look at their queerleaders on the sideline.

Their focus is on trying to become what Texas is and they lose sight of what should be the main objective…winning championships.

Kind of what Auburn does.

Simply put, money doesn’t buy everything. State has considerably less resources yet we are able to be competitive and win in multiple sports.

Doesn’t every school have 100-150m facilities and perks though man ? Hell Northwestern has a 200m football facility on Lake Michigan haha. I’m just saying nowadays every major brand name school has resources that matter to a starry eyed 18 year old recruit. A&M acts like they are the only ones with resources. It’s bizarre. Culture and front office is more important than buying players. Especially in a scheme / physical game with so many players like football.

What makes A&M cool to play for if youre a top recruit compared to name brand programs like BAMA , Georgia , Oregon , Michigan , Ohio state , LSU , Texas , Florida , Auburn , Washington , FSU etc. even Oklahoma , Miami considering how sick it is to live there , Clemson
