Harrison’s numbers are more similar to Devonta Smith’s junior season in 2019 than 2020 when Smith won the Heisman.

Devonta Smith
2019 - 68 catches, 1256 yards, 14 TDs
2020 - 117 catches, 1856 yards, 23 TDs

Marvin Harrison
2023 - 67 catches, 1211 yards, 14 TDs

Malik Nabors
2023 - 86 catches, 1546 yards, 14 TDs

If you’re inviting a WR, looks like they invited the wrong one.

DeVonta had the best season of all time for a WR. Truly incredible.

Some numbers to look at. Harrison is very good efficiency wise. Much more efficient than 2020 Davonta Smith in YPC, on par with Nabers and Thomas. He scored Tds at nearly identical target rates as Smith, Much higher rate than Nabers, and much lower rate than Thomas.

Davonta Smith 2020
0.196 TD per catch
15.86 Yards per catch

Malik Nabers
0.168 TD per catch
17.97 Yards per catch

Marvin Harrison Jr.
0.208 TD per catch
18.07 Yards per catch

Brian Thomas Jr.
0.25 TD per catch
17.98 Yards per catch

Just a disgusting season - awesome that he won the heisman. Has anyone else figured out that if you want elite WR play, post up on the I-10 corridor in south Louisiana. It's insane - really nothing like it from a position group standpoint out there.
