I agree. Having the ball with good field position, a whole minute left in the half and all three timeouts is time to be aggressive. In that case seconds are more valuable than timeouts. We shouldn't run out of clock with two unburned timeouts.

Smart will rather take 3 points at the end of the half than risk giving up 7 the other way. Its a good plan and proven.
